Tickets are non-returnable or refundable. (See Ticket T&C’s below)
note the food and drink policy in advance – see below.
Please make sure you bring your advance ticket, whether it’s a printed at home, E-ticket on a mobile device, or paper ticket.
To monitor numbers and cater effectively we prefer all tickets to be purchases in advance. Please note: Many events sell out in Advance.
In the unlikely event of any remaining tickets, they will be on the gate:- please contact us or monitor social media for availability before traveling.
In the likely event of a sell-out, entry on the day will become available through the day as other patrons leave the site on a one in one out basis.
All ticket holders and guests must consent to a security search of persons, clothing, bags and any other items deemed necessary.
Security on behalf of Nearly Festival retains the right to conduct searches during the Event. If you refuse to be searched you may be ejected.
Prohibited items or any items that the Nearly Festival or its security company deem to be a risk to safety or enjoyment of others or security, are not suitable to be taken to the Event or may be used in an illegal or offensive manner (regardless of whether or not the item itself is illegal) are not allowed. Ticket holders may be refused entry or ejected if found in possession of prohibited items inside the Arena.

We do not operate a general “Pass Out” policy as our site is self-sufficient and for safety reasons we prefer to maintain numbers inside the arena.
We do listen to special cases prior to the event &/or on the day: –
Patrons needing to leave and re-enter the arena for a predetermined period of time please contact us prior to the event for pre authorised pass from Management.
Patrons needing to leave and re-enter the arena for a short period of time on the day please contact the head of security at the main entrance for authorisation.
Those re-entering the arena will be subject to further safety searches and assessment.

Nearly Festival reserve the right to add or remove artistes/activities/vendors at any point but will notify patrons via social media & website.
In the unlikely event of artists cancelling, the Nearly Festival will endeavour to replace with similar artistes as soon as possible.

The Nearly Festival does provide a fully licensed bar and excellent catering facilities at reasonable prices: –
Pub in the Park – A variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. inc Lager, Cider, Spirits, Wines and local ale.
Street Food Market – Food vendors offering the following options: –
Wood fired Pizza, BBQ, American style Diner, Noodles, Jacket Potatoes, Vegan/ Gluten Free vendor.
Unfortunately, there are no cash machines on site. Cash Only at most vendors.
MUST BE 18 OR OVER TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC DRINKS
Nearly Festival operates the Challenge 25 policy.
If you look under 25 please do not be offended if we ask you for proof of age when you buy alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18.
Do not buy alcohol for persons under the age of 18 – if you do, you risk being ejected from the event.
There are a number of bars located around the site serving alcohol (to over 18s only) and soft drinks during licensed hours. All bars operating are Cash Only.
REMEMBER: Please drink responsibly.
Alcohol will dehydrate you, pace yourself and top up with water or soft drinks.
Drinking and driving is an offence. Don’t risk the life of yourself and others.
Ice cooled Soft Drinks will be sold in the Kidzone at very reasonable (£1 for cans, 50p for waters & fruit shoots etc.)

Please see our kids welfare team on arrival for kids wristbands and write your contact numbers on. Rest assured, no children can leave the secure festival site unattended or without parents consent. In the event of finding a lost child inside the arena please notify event staff & security as soon as possible. Our event staff are trained and briefed with our lost child policy.
EMERGENCY EXITS / EVENT SAFETY

F • TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

binding for all ticket purchases.
No food or alcohol can be admitted into the event arena (please see further information for the exceptions)
No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstances except pursuant to conditions under Event Cancellation or Postponement *.
Printed Tickets or E-Tickets, printed or shown on mobile devices must be presented on arrival at main entrance for wristband transfer.
Wristbands are required at all times on festival grounds. You will be subject to ejection with no refund if you take off or tamper with your wristband for any reason. If you have an issue with your wristband please immediately report to security or event control.
All wristbands will be checked for proper application by staff.
A person in possession of a wristband which has been tampered with or altered in any way is subject to ejection from the festival grounds without refund.
Nearly Festival reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission (or remove from the premises) to any persons whose conduct is disorderly, violent or unbecoming.
Management reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission (or remove from the premises) to any persons under the influence of illegal substance or highly intoxicated with alcohol.
Although highly unlikely, The Promoter may withdraw or substitute artistes and/or vary advertised programme, event times, and audience capacity without prior notice.
The Promoter/Venue Owner may use the ticket holder’s image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture.
The Promoter/Owner may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond reasonable control.
The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances.
Professional recording devices are prohibited without prior arrangement (email firstname.lastname@example.org )
The Ticket Holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
Information is collected from those purchasing with Must Have Tickets (official ticket vendor) in order to facilitate ticket purchase or other services available – email data may be used by Must Have Tickets or Nearly Festival to notify event information, changes, cancelations, postponements and future Nearly festival events. This is stored in accordance to GDRP.
Purchasers of tickets who are under 16 years of age should seek parental consent before purchasing tickets. By transacting on our website, purchaser certifies that purchaser is at least 16 years of age and understands and accepts these conditions of use.
Any complaints regarding the event will be directed to and dealt with by the Promoter via email, email@example.com
Event Cancellation or Postponement
If an event is postponed or cancelled, a Postponement Publicity Notice shall be placed in the media & on social media by the Promoter or it’s PR Representatives.

Any refund made by The Nearly Festival shall only be made out of sums held for the Promoter as authorized by the prior written agreement of the Promoter. Refunds take 5-10 working days to process via the secure payment system.
In most cases the Promoter will automatically process the refund without any need of request but in exceptional cases the Notices shall advise procedures for requesting a refund and the period and time within which the ticket holder could request a refund.
Refund will not be entertained if a request for a refund is made after the given period from the date of a Notice. Such unrefunded sums shall be dealt with at Promoters sole discretion.
In the event of cancellation, all tickets purchased using credit cards shall automatically be refunded to the credit cards with which the tickets were purchased. If such credit cards are no longer valid, no automatic refunds will be made, and condition below shall apply.
The handling and Booking Fees cannot be refunded.
G • AGE POLICY & TICKETING
5’s: Ages 4 years & under are FREE and do not need a
KIDS: Ages 5 to 15 years.
Anyone under aged 15 or under must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or over. Day or Weekend Child Tickets are available for £5 & £10 respectively.
TEENS: Ages 16 or 17 may attend unaccompanied, but we strongly advise that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Day or Weekend Child Tickets are available for £10 & £15 respectively.
FULL TIME STUDENTS: in full time education with a valid in date & current photographic ID.
Please check local collages for student tickets. Day or Weekend Child Tickets are available for £10 & £15 respectively.
Proof of age may be required on entry to the Event and when purchasing alcohol. Recognised and accepted forms of ID are Photo Driving or Provisional Driving License, Passport and Proof of Age Card with PASS (hologram) logo. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission if its staff are in any doubt whatsoever as to the age of the person being presented as being under the requisite age.
Our challenge 25 policy will be in operation across the whole site. If you look under 25 then you may be asked to prove that you are over 18 if you want to buy alcohol.
Anyone under the age of 18 caught drinking or in the possession of alcohol will have the alcohol confiscated and may be ejected from the Event.
Anyone over the age of 18 caught buying alcohol for someone under the age of 18 will be ejected from the Event.
Whilst we are a family friendly event it is your responsibility to check the suitability of the content for any children/teens/students in your party regardless of official age restrictions, this includes considering the type of audience the event is likely to attract & whether main stage or Kidzone content & activities are suitable for any children/teens/students in your party.

A respectful level of behaviour is required to ensure everyone enjoys the camping experience. Security will remove anyone acting in a dangerous, aggressive or in an unacceptable manner.
Please be considerate so we can enhance the camping experience year on year.
Please no loud music after midnight, you will be asked to leave if you continue to be noisy after this time.
Security will be on site throughout for your safety.

FAMILY CAMPING is recommended for people with children who would like it a little
quieter in the evenings and is located further away from the evening activities area.
General camping is for everyone else.
Neither the venue nor The Nearly Festival can accept responsibility for lost or stolen
property or damage to any vehicles while onsite. Vehicle checks will be in operation. You may be searched at the entrance. Any items which the organisers consider may be used in an illegal or offensive manner shall be confiscated.
Persons suspected of carrying out illegal and/or offensive activities onsite may be searched.
ELECTRIC HOOK UPS
Motor home, Caravan pitches do include electric hook up.
A Limited number of Camping pitches will include electric hook up – on a first come first served basis.
SHOWERS & LOO’s
There is a huge toilet block near all campsites with plenty of toilets and open 24/7
We are offering FREE Shower facilities for all campers
FOOD & DRINK
Food & Alcohol cannot be taken into the main event arena area but more than welcome on the campsite.
NO GLASS BOTTLES OR GLASSWARE ANYWHERE ON SITE PLEASE
There will be a food vendor serving Crew & Campers breakfasts in the Breakfast Paddock (near all campsites) dishing up hot drinks, fruit juices, breakfast baps & even full English breakfasts served on picnic tables. This will be from 7am to 11am on Saturday & Sunday mornings (Monday TBC)
Please only bring a BBQ if really necessary!
Remember we do have our breakfast vendor and food vendors (12-late on site all weekend too!
No gas cylinders are permitted in the festival arena area. No open fires are allowed on site.
However, BBQ’s & disposable BBQs* are allowed in the campsite only, but the organisers reserve the right to confiscate any disposable BBQs used irresponsibly.
* Disposable BBQs must be off the ground. Bricks will be available to raise off the grass.
Strictly no glass bottles to be brought into the festival site.
Persons bringing their own alcoholic drinks may consume these in the camping area. PLEASE DRINK RESPONSIBLY
Strictly No alcohol can be taken into the event arena.
Campers will be checked upon entry to event arena and if deemed too drunk to enter the site may be refused entry to the festival site.
Please drink responsibly and please balance and hydrate with water.
We have ample drinking water taps onsite!
Dogs are permitted, however, the Nearly Festival takes no responsibility for their
welfare. Owners are responsible for their dogs and within the Festival Arena
dogs should be kept on leads at all times and owners should clean up after them.
It will be warm this weekend so please think sensibly.
Car checks will be in operation. Please do not leave your dogs in the cars.
CARS IN CAMP SITE / PARKING
Unlike the majority of festivals, we will allow you to park by your tent (one FREE car per pitch)
This allows you to keep your valuables locked in your car when you are away from your tent.
Please do not leave valuables unattended in your camping area.
Please only use your allocated space when setting up camp.
Extra cars per pitch will be charged at £3/5 per car and have to park in the main car park.
No Vehicle movement from 11pm to 8am. Site must be cleared by 11am Monday morning.
