Yes that's fine. The confirmation email will contain the QR/Barcodes which can be scanned directly from the mobile screen.
If you ticked save tickets to online account you can go to the my-account page and login using your email address and password. If you cannot remember your password click on the forgot password, enter your email and a new password will be emailed to you.
No online account! Don't worry, send an email to email@example.com from the email used to place the order, let them know what the issue is and they will respond as soon as they can.
We regret the event organisers have a no refund policy unless the event in question has been cancelled.
Some organisers you can exchange or transfer tickets to other days/events that they are doing.

No this is for confirmation only, you will need your email with the QR barcodes or print out each ticket individually. You can show the email codes from your mobile screen without printing.
We use an e-ticket system, once your order has been processed and payment made the e-tickets will be emailed to the address used in the checkout.
